Coconut intake: coconut oil, coconut cream, coconut milk, unsweetened coconut pieces, coconut yogurt are the best dietary options

Fermented food: Kimchi, cured ginger, coconut yogurt, kombucha, water kefir, and so many needs to be eaten as they have vitamins and nutrients.
