Homeopathic medicines can be very useful to treat digestive disorders/complaints.H ere is a list of some of the medicines that are very effective in indigestion:

Carbo vegetabilis: relieves bloating and gas in the stomach, with belching.

Natrum carbonicum: This medicine can treat people who have trouble digesting and assimilating many foods and have to stay on restricted diets. Indigestion, heartburn, and ulcers can occur if offending foods are eaten.

Lycopodium relieves indigestion, with bloating around the waist and gas, particularly after eating onions or garlic.

Pulsatillarelieve gastric discomfort due to eating too much fatty food, cakes, and ice cream, with bloating, belching and slow digestion.

Nux vomica: relieves nausea and cramps due to indigestion, particularly after too much eating of spicy foods or consuming alcohol.

Some Other Remedies to Treat Indigestion

Antimonium crudum: This remedy relieves indigestion due to eating too much, especially rich or acidic foods or cured meat

Cinchona officinalis: relieves bloating and foul smelling gas, now and then with painless, but exhausting, diarrhea.

Arsenicum album: This remedy may be helpful for a person feeling anxious, restless yet exhausted, and is worse from the smell and sight of food. You can feel a burning pain in the stomach and esophagus. Vomiting and diarrhea are also possible. Problems due to spoiled food or from eating too much fruit generally respond to this remedy.

Magnesia phosphoric: relieves cramps of the abdomen improved by heat and bending over.

Colocynthis: relieves abdominal cramps improved by bending over, with strong pressure and heat.

Natrum phosphoricum: You feel a sour taste in the mouth, a burning sensation or acid in the stomach, sour vomiting, and a yellow coating on the tongue are all signs for this remedy.

Phosphorus: Burning pain in the stomach that gets better by eating ice cream or any other cold, refreshing foods need this remedy. The person is usually thirsty for cold beverages, but often feels nauseous or vomits once liquids warm up in the stomach
